Founded in 2016 by Simon de Patoul, Brice Yernaux and Vincent Kolp who have been working together for over 15 years, the company is driven by a strong entrepreneurial spirit. These three partners personally commit to every step of the process in the transactions they support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Belgian team provides its clients with widely recognised expertise in the Mergers & Acquisitions market, covering all types of transactions.
