Holder of a Master in Business Engineering from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (ULB) and an Executive Master in Tax Management, Matthieu has over 18 years of experience advising executives and shareholders on M&A and Corporate Finance matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Before joining Natixis Partners, Matthieu worked as Group M&A Director at Lhoist, reporting directly to the CEO, and led the group’s acquisition and divestment strategy. He also had the opportunity to participate in decarbonization initiatives, industrial projects and commercial strategies. Prior to that, he worked as an investment banker at Degroof Petercam and started his career as a consultant at EY working on financial due diligences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
