The transaction included a \u20ac15m junior debt investment from Wallonie Entreprendre, alongside approximately \u20ac60m of senior debt financing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Harmignies BESS project, developed by Energy Solutions Group (\u201cESG\u201d), a Belgian electricity producer, comprises Tesla lithium-ion battery systems with a discharge capacity of 75 MW over a four-hour period, for a total storage capacity of 300 MWh. The project is directly connected to the high-voltage grid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Construction began in September 2024, with a scheduled COD in February 2026.
