Holder of a Master in Business Engineering (Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management) and CFA Charterholder. Brice co-founded Tandem Capital Advisors which became part of Natixis Partners in June 2024. Prior to Tandem Capital Advisors, he worked as an investment banker at Degroof Petercam Corporate Finance.
Brice worked on various transactions: business disposals, acquisitions, management buy-out, private placement of bonds, IPOs, valuation and fairness opinions, structuration and other corporate finance assignments.
Brice has most notably worked in the following industries : agri-food, food & beverage, telecom, energy, industry, retail, media and healthcare (biotech and medtech).
