Natixis Partners Belgium is a subsidiary of Natixis specialising in Mergers & Acquisitions advisory in Belgium. We offer unique expertise by combining complete independence in executing mandates with the strength of a leading financial institution.
Founded in 2016 by Simon de Patoul, Brice Yernaux and Vincent Kolp who have been working together for over 15 years, the company is driven by a strong entrepreneurial spirit. These three partners personally commit to every step of the process in the transactions they support.
The Belgian team provides its clients with widely recognised expertise in the Mergers & Acquisitions market, covering all types of transactions. With cumulative experience spanning over 200 transactions, the team advises on c. 20 deals per year, ensuring high-quality service for each engagement.
