Holder of a Master in Business Management at ICHEC and a Master in Financial Risk Management at the Facultés Universitaires Saint-Louis, Simon has over 20 years of M&A, Corporate Finance and Strategic Consulting experience.
He worked, among others, in M&A and Business Development for an affiliate company of the Engie Group (Distrigas), as a Management Consultant for Bain & Company, and as Sous-Directeur at Degroof Corporate Finance. Simon co-founded Tandem Capital Advisors which became part of Natixis Partners in June 2024.
Simon worked on numerous transactions: M&A, equity raising, private placement of bonds, valuation and fairness opinion assignments, and other financial and strategic advisory in a wide range of industries (food, retail, energy, transport, public sector etc.).
