A group of shareholders led by EIP agreed to acquire CDPQ’s 19.85% participation (c.€800m) in Fluxys. Fluxys is the natural gas transmission system operator listed on Euronext Brussels, employing over 1.200 people in Belgium and abroad. Its infrastructure comprises natural gas transmission pipelines and storage, LNG terminals, etc..
