Natixis Partners Belgium est la filiale de Natixis dédiée au Conseil en Fusions-Acquisitions en Belgique. La société offre une expertise unique en alliant indépendance totale dans l’exécution de ses missions et la puissance d’une institution financière de premier plan.
Fondée en 2016 par des associés qui collaborent depuis plus de 15 ans, la société est animée par un fort esprit entrepreneurial. Ces associés s’engagent personnellement dans chaque étape du processus des opérations qu’ils accompagnent.
L’équipe belge met à la disposition de ses clients une expertise largement reconnue sur le marché des Fusions-Acquisitions, couvrant tous types d’opérations. Forte d’une expérience cumulative de plus de 200 transactions, elle conseille en moyenne 20 opérations par an, assurant ainsi un service de qualité à chaque mission.
