John Cockerill Hydrogen is a Belgian company driving the energy transition through large-scale hydrogen solutions. It designs and manufactures electrolysers and integrated systems for producing green hydrogen used in industry, mobility, and energy applications.
The funding will support the company’s expansion at its production sites in Seraing (Belgium) and Aspach (France). In India, John Cockerill Hydrogen partners with AM Green to supply electrolysers for the country’s largest ammonia project.
Natixis Partners acted as financial advisor to John Cockerill Hydrogen on its €116m equity raise from SFPIM, Wallonie Entreprendre, Rely, SLB, and Fluxys.
