Bone Therapeutics (Euronext Brussels and Paris: BOTHE) – a cell therapy company addressing unmet medical needs in orthopedics, and Medsenic – a clinical stage biopharmaceutical specialized in the treatment of auto-immune diseases, announced they have reached an agreement to combine their activities. The business combination will result in the creation of BioSenic.
