Wie zijn wij?
Natixis Partners Belgium is een onderdeel van Natixis, gespecialiseerd in fusies en overnames (M&A) in België. Onze unieke expertise vloeit voort uit de combinatie van volledige onafhankelijkheid bij de uitvoering van mandaten en de kracht van een toonaangevende financiële instelling.
Het bedrijf werd in 2016 opgericht door Simon de Patoul, Brice Yernaux en Vincent Kolp, die al meer dan vijftien jaar samenwerken. Gedreven door een sterke ondernemersgeest, engageren deze drie partners zich persoonlijk in elke fase van de transacties die zij begeleiden.
Het Belgische team biedt zijn klanten een breed erkende expertise op het gebied van fusies en overnames en bestrijkt alle soorten transacties. Met een gezamenlijke ervaring van meer dan 200 transacties adviseert het team jaarlijks bij circa 20 deals, waarbij hoogwaardige dienstverlening gegarandeerd wordt.
