Holder of a Master Degree in Business Engineering from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management. After a career start in private equity with Vendis Capital, Vincent joined the investment banking team of Degroof Corporate Finance, followed by the M&A team of Rothschild in Belgium. He co-founded Tandem Capital Advisors which became part of Natixis Partners in June 2024.
Vincent is mainly active on M&A transactions. He has also carried out numerous transactions in valuation, structuring, strategic and financial advisory assignments, mostly in the energy & infrastructure, banking & insurance and retail sectors.
