Sun4Business is one of the few Belgian players exclusively focused on the commercial and industrial (C&I) solar segment, with a portfolio comprising 112 MWp of operational, ready-to-build and under-construction installations, including rooftop, carport and ground-mounted systems across Belgium.
Joulz is a Dutch energy infrastructure company specializing in the design, installation, financing, operation and maintenance of essential behind-the-meter energy systems for C&I clients.
Natixis Partners acted as sole sell-side advisor to Engie and Alfin, shareholders of the Sun4Business joint venture, on the sale of a 100% stake in the company.
